Before returning any items, please email us at with (1) your name and (2) your Order #. We will provide a RMA# prior to you shipping the product back to us. You will be responsible for shipping the product with your preferred, trackable shipping method. We are NOT responsible for any delays or missing shipments due to shipping carrier error.
